The hotel is located 26 km from the Jomo Kenyatta International Airport. 

The seminar sessions and activities will also take place at the Trademark Hotel.  All of the sessions will take place either on the first or second floor of the hotel. Breakfast and lunch will be served in the Harvest Restaurant in the hotel, located on the lobby level.
