The Sheldrick Wildlife Trust (SWT) operates an orphaned elephant rescue and wildlife rehabilitation program in Nairobi, Kenya. It was founded in 1977 by Dame Daphne Sheldrick to honor her late husband, David. Every day, from 11am - 12 noon, the Elephant Nursery invite visitors to join the orphaned elephants at their midday mud bath and milk feed at our orphanage in Nairobi National Park. Access for this special visit is by advance booking only. The minimum donation to enter the nursery is $20 USD. The nursery is located in Nairobi National Park.
